2017 Camp Refund Policy
Camp participants may request a refund prior to the first day of camp, academy, or clinic using the camp refund form. In order to be considered for a full refund minus $15 admin fee, refund requests must be submitted prior to the first day of camp, academy, or clinic. Any refund request made after the first day of camp, academy, or clinic may be denied. NCFC Youth will review requests for an adjustment to camp fees in the case of a significant injury or relocation. Administrative fees may apply. Please see below for more information regarding significant injury and relocation. To initiate this review, please complete refund form found on NCFC Youth Camp page and clearly explain the circumstances.
Please allow 7-10 days for NCFC Youth's staff to review your request.
Refunds will be provided in the same manner in which payment was made and by check if payment was made via cash or e-check. If payment was made by credit card, refunds will appear on your credit card statement as a PayPal credit.
Significant Injury
Should a significant injury occur that results in a substantial loss of participation in camp, initiate a refund request by completing the form above. A significant injury is defined as an injury that results in a player not being able to participate in camp activities. A doctor’s note to confirm the severity of the injury may be requested.
Relocation
Consideration for relocations outside the general Wake County area will be given. Please complete the refund request with specific circumstances to begin a review.
Session Changes
Should it be necessary for you to change your child’s session at camp, we allow you to make the change if you notify us at least seven (7) days before the camp begins (based upon availability).
