Try-out Prep: Power
Players will focus on increasing their strength and power via relevant weight and jump training.

Objectives
The goals of the Try-out Prep: Power program is to develop:
-All around body strength development
-explosiveness (specific to soccer)
-flexibility and balance development

March 21-May 11, 2017
60 minute sessions will be held from 5:00-6:00pm or 6:30-7:30pm Tuesday and Thursday nights. You can attend one or two sessions a week.
