Try-out Prep: Speed
Players will focus on increasing their acceleration, game & reactive speed, and develop their running form in time for try-outs.

Objectives
The goals of the Try-out Prep: Speed program is to develop:
-optimal movement form & speed control
-reactive speed & decision making skills
-acceleration & explosiveness
-speed endurance
-game speed

75 minute sessions will be held during 4:00-7:15pm on Sunday nights
